Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookDisapproves of CEOI worked at Mom365 part-time for more than 3 years
Pros
The best thing was how flexible the hours were, working with babies.
Cons
The pose guidelines felt so outdated. You HAD to hustle hard to make a decent paycheck because it is purely commission base. You can spend your day photographing babies till the sun sets and hope new parents/families want to spend more than $100 on unedited photos.

Pros
great thing is you manage your time.
Cons
You don't get a good pay. Package are expensive to buy for normal people and nowadays with cellphones technology you can take such great and profesional photos. The job is great because the concept but the reality is far away from the concept. They need to reinvent the company.

Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookNo Opinion of CEOI worked at Mom365 part-time for more than a year
Pros
You'll learn to take great photos of newborns. You'll meet a lot of interesting families. Potential to make good sales is there.
Cons
Unrealistic to make high commissions unless you work very hard and very fast. I strongly disagree with the company's position that the mom can stay in the bed while you take photos of the baby at the foot of the bed (nestled in pillows). A sudden movement by mom can send a baby rolling. Never happened, but it bothered me enough that I refused to take photos of baby with mom in or on the bed.

Doesn't RecommendNeutral OutlookNo Opinion of CEOI have been working at Mom365 part-time for less than a year
Pros
Working with new families is exciting, and the hospital environment is very positive.
Cons
This position doesn't pay well and management is not organized. Sales are pushed, even when new moms don't want to buy photos or have a session.
Pros
Flexible schedule and company taught you the basics of photography.
Cons
Your pay is based off commission and if your in a low income hospital its hard to get clients to purchase photos.
