Pros

Having not come from much, getting a role at moncharm as a sales representative gave me confidence that I never had and an aptitude for learning compared to no other, we would be taught about goal setting, personal development, and overall self improvement on a daily basis, the strict environment created discipline and management gave good work outside of work to help with on the phone experience

Cons

I wouldn’t say any cons besides if you have a weaker mindset or you are easily beaten down it isn’t for you, just like any sales job

Massive learning curve when it comes to wine and the selling aspect is actually a small percentage of the sale. You need to have a passion or quite simply gain a passion which came from the very knowledgeable team. Every day is a new day which add to my education of wines. I am now a wine enthusiasts

My cons are quite simply been thrown in to the deep end of wines so much good wine to enjoy and not enough time painful

I have no pro's of working here you get zero training or career advancement.

Cons

I was called up for a phone interview and chatted for about 15 minutes on what makes me tick and what I have done before. I was asked to come into the office to see the business and then was offered the job. No formal interview or anything I was standing next to the water cooler. The environment is lie, cheat and manipulate pensioners out of their money. I did not know anyone that has lasted more than a year.
