I worked at Mondelez International full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

They always say it, and it's true : "It's the people" you work with that make Mondelez. Overall , it's a stand-up company : you are well enough treated through sound HR processes with decent, though not stellar, career progression

    Cons

You live in a world of endless process and cost cutting. This is added to constant call to 'do more, faster'.

    Advice to Management

    (1) Find a compelling strategy & stick to it. Endless fancy presentations about the next big idea, which are wearing thin with a workforce who have heard it all before.
    (2) Tell the truth. Much fails in Mondelez. That's fine if you call it out, learn from it, and move on. That never gets done.
    (3) Cut out the endless, wearisome, poor processes for everything
