I worked at Monster Worldwide full-time

    Pros

Great people to work with and a grown up atmosphere not usually found in Rec Ad. They pay very well and expect results in return! Genuinely a top company to work for.

    Cons

The company are American and as such the London office plays second fiddle to the demands of the U.S. The systems in play when I was employed there were old and very dated in terms of modern tech. This made day to day selling tasks harder than they needed to be.

I worked at Monster Worldwide full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Co-Workers are great people - dedicated and loyal

    Cons

Low Pay - no Bonuses or raises - closings of offices and layoffs every year or so. People always walking on eggshells when higher management comes in and never knows when it will amount to more layoffs. Not a safe environment. Its not how talented and dedicated you are but who you know that keeps your job. "Too many chiefs and not enough Indians "as the saying goes.
