I have been working at Morgan and Morgan full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good location if you are in school at GSU, high volume so you gain a lot of experience.

    Cons

Bad company moral, low pay, they treat staff poorly especially everyone except the case managers.

    Advice to Management

If you value your staff and treat them accordingly there would not be such high turn over.

I have been working at Morgan and Morgan full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Benefits and that is it.

    Cons

Terrible management of attorneys, cms and staff. They double and triple your work load without a pay raise and starting pay is already low. Animals get treated better than the people here. They are greedy and want you churning out money without a care for quality legal service. They make racists and make derrogatory comments about minorities and women.

    Advice to Management

    Take an HR course.

I worked at Morgan and Morgan full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

40 hours a week, and consistent pay.

    Cons

Micromanagement. The minutes spent in the bathroom are counted, and if needed, used against you.

I worked at Morgan and Morgan full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

You can move up if you are a hard worker and prove you want it. I started at an entry level position and moved into a higher position with in a year or so. They care about the clients and employees.

    Cons

Pay could be more for new employees. No mental health benefits. Some employees do not get in trouble for the way they talk to clients or fellow co-workers. Attorneys sometimes turn their heads when they need to make a managerial decision. That leads to poor moral.

    Advice to Management

Meet all your employees. HR is direct but very fair. I never had any issues. She always took care of things right away. People give her a bad rep sometimes because of the decisions she is forced to make. The only people that have an issue with HR are the ones that do something to get themselves in trouble. Follow the rules and everything is fine.

I worked at Morgan and Morgan full-time

    Pros

    Pay and hours are nice.

    Cons

    Management never answers when needed.

    Advice to Management

Train managers to be more hands on and idk maybe pick up when an agent calls with an escalated client. Train support staff better, none of them can seem to agree. Which looks bad if you have one saying one thing and the other saying something different.
