      Pros

      - Great supportive colleagues - Easy money if you're just starting out

      It's an alright job

      Pros

      1) being trained in various departments/tasks allows for you to adapt to the circumstances taking away the boring aspect of the job. 2) managers are pretty decent for the time-being and are pretty understanding if you have a personal situation to deal with. 3)Room for growth if there's available postions plus if you're interested enough in the career.

      Cons

      1) Being trained in various departments can potentially lead to you being dragged off key tasks and potentially coming close to missing deadline. 2) Due to being understaffed every now and again plus availability, it may result in unfair shift patterns making time at morrisons to be a bit of a drag.

      Pros

Great company benefits such as share scheme and staff discount. Flexible working hours Management understanding, respectful as well as down to earth. Coworkers are all friendly and helpful and will help develop you.

      Cons

No big red flags- Morrisons is dealing with understaffing during COVID-19 by hiring a lot more staff so there's not much bad to say.

      Pros

The people. The people do make the shop floor an enjoyable place to be, you can get on with everyone and it can be quite a fun place to be.

      Cons

From the perspective of a delivery driver whom started when they newly launched home delivery from the stores, Morrisons does struggle with a lack of organisation, communication and execution when it comes to delivering a good service to customers at home. Although being good at problem-solving, the managers within morrisons only tend to have this trait because of issues and problems frequently arising without any major, permanent changes being made to halt the defective aspects of the branch operations.
