I worked at Morson International full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Morson 'the brand' is impressive and unquestionably opens doors that would otherwise remain closed.

    Cons

The company can’t decide what it wants to be. The family business where it built a reputation or a corporate giant, concerned only with its bottom line. Senior management are so preoccupied massaging each other’s ego, whilst taking credit for others work, there’s little time to fit much else in!! I worked at Morson International full-time

    Pros

Some great coworkers. Morson hires some very good people.

    Cons

Unreasonable workload. Was outright refused a raise (after 4 years and increased workload) until I handed in my notice. Salary of existing staff doesn't match the market. Office politics made for a difficult working environment.

    Advice to Management

Provide more support to staff members. Be more neutral.

I have been working at Morson International

    Pros

Decent salary and promotion of work life balance. Good training and progression opportunities.

    Cons

Sadly there are a few senior managers and heads of department who are in position based on time served rather than skill. They may be good process managers but not so great as people managers.

    Advice to Management

Do some competency mapping and assess if certain people should be in leadership positions
