      - As a start-up, there is much control to tailor your job scope with an entrepreneurial spirit. Support for international relocation and remote work. Regular team-building activities.

      Cons

      - Below market compensation, and employee stock options are restricted to the management level. - Chaotic. The management was very bureaucratic and top-down

We recently decided to move towards a remote only company and are looking to grow the team internationally.       Staff is motivated and committed, product is exciting and gets a lot of attention.

      Cons

      Founder and CEO know everything and do not listen to low level employees. Customers are not happy, people are leaving, or being laid off.
