He recently canceled the Senior Manager forum, openly dismissing the value of managers and signaling a lack of trust in their capabilities. The overall atmosphere is poor, and while the official salary review takes place in April, those who voice complaints or threaten to resign might secure a raise in October as a quick fix. The Executive Team appears powerless, with decision-making centralized entirely around the CEO. There's hope that the new COO (in place since last summer) might challenge this dynamic and bring some balance. However, the HR team is also sidelined, as the CEO dictates who gets salary increases and who is let go. The current situation is highly disorganized and demoralizing. According to the CEO, the majority of new hires this year have not passed their probation period. If you're seeking a workplace that offers flexible or remote working options, this company may not be the right fit, as things are changing rapidly. Just to give you an idea the sales team in Germany and Spain changes every quarter (no one passed the probation), the marketing team has been erased last year, now they have a new Manager, let's not talk about the Delivery team and the Finance team (they changed 4 times the Head of FP&A in a couple of months).
