      Strong top management who encourages initiatives and pushes for development (many new countries are now part of the scope) and growth. Nice atmosphere with talented colleagues ; a lot of support from HR and management

      Nothing detected until now ; some processes still to improve but management is clear about it and has launched an ambitious roadmap.

      I am working in Supply chain and operations. So far I am very happy. The team in supply chain is very collaborative and we have clear direction from the top. The top management always recognise our achievements and listening to our problem. It seems no distance between me and the top management.
