Pros

Great people. In the right position you are left alone to get one with things. Great customers who deserve to be treated better.

Cons

Poor leadership, lack of communication between teams promotes a chaotic environment. Older technologies bring lots of configuration issues. Development teams are stretched and product stability and innovation suffer. Top heavy leadership only interested in the numbers not the people. They have a cast aside attitude if you aren't happy there is the door. Focus is mainly geared toward the US and the UK suffers in decisions.

Pros

Great people, and growth team in the UK with superb AWS skills in the UK. Product out of US was innovative in the digital commerce space, and really interesting product.

Cons

I could never get my head around the lack of a global partner strategy given there are hundreds of competitors all trying to make tiny increases in the conversion funnel.
