    - Poor work life balance - Thrusted into management roles too quickly before attaining enough technical experience - Focus on breadth over depth - Client facing roles require you to churn out projects that might not be as accurate as you would like it to be, owing to working against tight deadlines - HR team does not do enough to make employees feel valued - Non competitive compensation - No overtime pay although almost every employee puts in more than 12 hours of work every day

    Exponential growth based on your skills A lot of new things to learn Great opportunities to work along CxO level people from Fortune 500 companies Young people all around so it feels like college life

    Compensation starts very low but if you plan to stay long term it grows to industry standards Work is a lot
