I worked at Mu Sigma full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    1. Changes your attitude to a winner attitude 2. Makes you very responsible and accountable individual 3. Encourages learning and will never fire you for not knowing! I have seen only people with wrong attitude getting fired, and rightly so

    Cons

    1. Low salary 2. Not so useful perks 3. Cheap attitude 5. CEO-2 layer is weak big time. Most of the so called Functional Unit Leaders are not from analytics and don't know anything about analytics... They come either from IT or from Consulting and are not even close to the in-house nurtured leaders. But Alas ! You have stressed and demeaned those in-house leaders that you thought will lead the company down the... line....(starting from paying them half or 75% of what those fancy-MBA-degree-but-good-for-nothing-laterals bring)

    Advice to Management

Maybe, just maybe think of really exponentially boosting the pay of your Apprentice Leaders (15-20 LPA). This shall be a great motivator for many of us to stay!

I worked at Mu Sigma full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Good company for freshers. You get to learn a lot in small time span. Supports different clubs like dance singing etc so you get to continue your hobby if you get time from your hectic work schedule.

    Cons

CEO doesn't seem to think at all about employee satisfaction. Random decisions are made at company level that affects all the employees. The pay is also very less for the amount of work and time you give to this company.
