    Pros

    - Tamil based leadership -no structure in work -long working hours -no accountability -no recognition -leadership literally dosen't care about employees lives - during the pandemic they told us to not travel to our homes or they'll cut pay - made so many come to office through pandemic even though remote was possible - terrible compensation, no chances of growth or hike - no free flow of ideas, decisions are made for you and you execute

I have been working at Mu Sigma full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Provides a great experience as one gets to work across different verticals during their journey at Mu Sigma. This not only conditions the freshers to learn good tech but also develops soft skills. If a person is lucky enough to get a good project one can learn a lot of things like : Time management, stress management, providing best results in a time crunch, apart from end to end understanding of the data science, business analytics and data engineering work. Which is more than one can ask from one's company

    Cons

Over working is promoted for no reason. Managers are not very experienced so are never able to provide the best guidance to progress in the projects. But that also gives the freedom to explore on own and improve on one's learning. It is a good company to leverage for learning but has no employee benefits at all. Long working hours is so common that it is no longer a pain point.
