Good support from executives who are willing to share their knowledge and mentor their team, allowing for analysts to reach team lead, project manager and even director level roles. Friendly coworkers and good team dynamics.

Friendly and Dynamic team always willing to help each other out. Exposure to highly innovative tech and implementation methodologies. Nice offices in the heart of downtown (with a free gym! and metro access). A really cool social committee which organizes fun activities between colleagues.
