3yThank you for taking time to share what’s working well for you and where we can improve. You’re right—we’ve been growing fast! This is exciting, but it also comes with challenges. Our goal really is to provide our team with the benefits of a large firm (diversity in project types and scales, resources, etc.) while continuing to offer the great aspects of being small (strong relationships, local presence, awesome culture!). We’ll continue working hard to balance both!
