Pros
An approachable and caring senior team, who really value the people who work for them, and will go over and above to support their colleagues. Colleagues are praised and rewarded little and often, which is a great way to thank people for hard work, and keep motivated.
Cons
Childcare is a challenging industry to work in, let alone in/after a pandemic, so hours can be long at times. Not a con, just a simple reality and one that is probably seen across most industries at the moment! What may be different to others though is that it always noticed, and hard work, loyalty and dedication is very much appreciated and rewarded.
