Pros

MVES provides a welcoming and supportive work environment. Most managers are there to help, some more than others, but there will probably always be someone to help if you need it. Good PTO, pay is ok, and insurance plans are ok.

Cons

Caseloads are high, more case managers are needed to help current employees maintain a healthy work-life balance without burnout. Managers need to hear their employees out and take them seriously when help is needed.

Pros

Ability to make a difference in senior’s lives, 4 day work week option, ability to work remote, 35 hour work week, very very generous time off, awesome CEO, the list goes on... I wake up every morning and actually enjoy going to work.

Cons

Really nothing. The position can be stressful but it comes with the job. I would like to be paid more but pay is on par with similar positions in other agencies.
