I worked at NBN Group full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Your creative side comes out because you have to pull off working 30 sub jobs inside of one position and none of these jobs are in your job description. Two dunkin donuts in close proximity. If you can stick it out for a year or two, you learn to appreciate life and all it has to offer, even the little things, like the smell of the rain, the bite into a hearty sandwich, the sun rising and setting- all things you...

    Cons

Work/life balance, made to feel guilty about using PTO or any slight deviation from normal schedule. The employees are so burnt out and you usually don't understand their attitude until you have worked there for at least 3 months and then you bond over a shared traumatic experience. Upper management spoke very poorly to my direct supervisors in front of our department which was always painful to watch and listen to,...

I worked at NBN Group full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

There is a Dunkin Donuts in walking distance. People that work in your own department on your own level are nice for the most part because you are all miserable together.

    Cons

Everything else. The managers and the owner are awful. Benefits are the worst, and they don't warn you about them before you are hired. Not bad if you don't mind micro-managers and things changing every day I guess.

    Advice to Management

They wouldn't take advice anyway so why bother.

I worked at NBN Group full-time for more than a year

    Pros

If you love working in a stale, moderate toned, sea of cubicles that seconds as a meat grinder for the human soul, then you'll absolutely LOVE working at NBN Group! The only plus is that there are 2 Dunkin Donuts within a 5 minute drive.

    Cons

Every negative review on this site is 100% accurate. The company micromanaged and is filled with sneaky individuals who will stab you in the back in a heartbeat. The benefits are atrocious, and most employees are unable to afford the new benefit package. Management is aware and does not care. The turn over is horrendous. People walk out and quit constantly, while others are fired for not following company "policies" that...

    Advice to Management

I would say to stop treating the employees like crap, but they are only out to make money for themselves and could care less about the employees. The only way to save this company is to get rid of the CEO and hire all new management.

I have been working at NBN Group full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Nice coworkers, the company is privately owned and has been around for over 30 years. Company has a parking lot and is near Dunkin Donuts.

    Cons

Health care benefit plan is expensive - 3x your weekly net pay. Even after employees complain management does nothing about it. Terrible place to work for as they do not care about their own employees.

    Advice to Management

You are a healthcare company that does not take care of their own company. You need to take care of home first before you take care of patients!

I have been working at NBN Group full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Dunkin Donuts is around the corner. Next to 295 so it's relatively easy to get to.

    Cons

However, I cannot do as they ask. This company is disorganized and pathetic. At the NBN Group, you can see micromanagement and cheapness at an extreme level. The benefits and sick time are sub par. Employees are treated like dirt more frequently then not. The field staff is often mocked in the office as we are focused on filling positions with anybody with a basic qualification versus long-term, quality employees who...

    Advice to Management

Learn how to spend it in a positive way and maybe your employees will be a bit more cheery. Time and effort is wasted by your foolishness.

I worked at NBN Group full-time for more than a year

    Pros

There is a Dunkin Donuts next door.

    Cons

Management, Micromanaging, Cheap, Misleading, Pay is poor, Raises are few if any, poorly written and selectively enforced policies, terminate employees when they feel like it with out reason (to save money, or decide to eliminate a new position after 4 months of creating it), nepotism, benefits, working conditions, job descriptions/expectations or lack there of, HR manager is a waste of a person. Advice to Management

My advice is get your stuff together and actually do something to better these things, stop pretending they dont exist and your company is great. Look at your turnover, look at your growth or lack there of(heathcare is booming and you are just making a little more each year), your business may be expanding but its not growing-your just hiring more people and pretending it is.
