I have been working at NELFT NHS part-time for more than a year
Pros
Everyone is treated like family. Flexible. Agile working.
Cons
Not very many band 4 or 5 admin & clerical job opportunities. The ones you do get will always be part-time. Full-time opportunities are usually band 3. It's not very helpful and this has been the case long before the pandemic.
