    Low salary (Far, far lower then similar roles locally) Senior Management do not care about you No career progression possible Management Terrible culture & environment Dull is the most exciting way to explain it Everybody is constantly unhappy

    - Flexible work hours - Home Office - Career opportunities - Opportunity to learn a lot(SAP) - Supportive direct managers

    Cons

    - Low Salary - Too many corporate "Yes Men" - Little to no incentive for extra work, e.g. improvement to processes (bad rewards like useless plaques) - Policy of "putting out fires", teams with consistent good results unrewarded, whereas "problem solvers" receive rewards(satisfied clients, good performance)
