    From an admin point of view it’s helping others over the phone by providing “customer service”

    Outdated attitudes and the banding hierarchy

    Advice to Management

    Value all levels, don’t just pile the rubbish jobs on the lower bandings and expect the monotony not to have a negative effect.

    A secure job, a lot of communication with patients and clinical staff, meet some lovely people

    Cons

    The supervisor is always busy, left to my own devices, some patients are not nice, no time for lunch, food is expensive
