Doesn't RecommendI worked at NHS full-time for more than 3 years
Pros
From an admin point of view it’s helping others over the phone by providing “customer service”
Cons
Outdated attitudes and the banding hierarchy
Advice to Management
Value all levels, don’t just pile the rubbish jobs on the lower bandings and expect the monotony not to have a negative effect.
