    Good Place To Work

Aug 27, 2021 - Administrative Assistant in Newcastle upon Tyne, England, England

    Pros

The staff are really friendly towards you. Opportunities for overtime. Lovely canteen for staff with reasonable prices. Staff socials. LGBT inclusion.

    Cons

Patients can be quite abusive sometimes. Staff tend to stick in ‘cliques’. No free parking, even the one that you pay for with a permit is extremely limited so most people can’t get one. Staff can’t park on-site and there isn’t enough spaces for any more staff to park on-site. When it’s unorganised, it’s *extremely* unorganised, this happens quite a bit. The busier the department is, the less likely you are to have the freedom to always choose your days off.
