Poor training opportunities, lack of standardised training - clinical colleagues end up logging data incorrectly and blame is laid upon admin/project support, managers resistant to change or unwilling to hear about problems/have selective hearing, lack of managerial contact, job description did not demonstrate that full administrative support (i.e. booking in patients, covering full correspondence). No funding to do the work you want to do - due to managerial shortcomings. Poor structure within teams,, processes of change are slow - first month of work had no systems or even a login so was unable to hit the ground running.
