    Love my job. Continual learning and developing . Great team work by 95% of people and made to feel welcome. Hard work but enjoyable

    Pay pretty bad for type of work.

    I worked at NHS for more than 10 years

    Pros

    You can learn a lot on the job. Uniform and training provided, there aren't many Pro's I loved my job. But I was set up by my ward after being a member of staff for 12 years

    Cons

    Favourite get promotion also member 's of staff that have set up other members of staff get promoted all wrong!!

    You need to change!!
