    Pros

    Easy to get employed. Good starting salary. Flexible working. Working 3 days a week. Increased rate of pay for overtime, weekends, and banks. Good educational opportunities.

    Cons

    Long hours. Night shifts can be tough.

    Improve staff areas, and increase benefits and pay to draw in more staff.
