    Great patients, good working conditions, great nursing and admin team.

    Cons

    Some doctors unapproachable with diva like tendencies, too many patients not enough staff, the total telephone triage system is awful

    Advice to Management

    Get a queuing system installed along with 8 more phone lines, have a word with the doctors that they need to be more like team players.
