I have been working at NHS full-time for more than a year

    Pros

No stress, you close the door and forget about the work.

    Cons

Everything is wrong about our lab. Non-existing management, fights between staff on regular basis (some people are pure evil there). Rising demanding, like introducing 7-day service without ANY pay rise. Old labs, everything falls apart. No promotions. If you want to be promoted you need to apply for a different role o.O They call it "promotion". Diversity disappears when you go higher in bands :)
