NHS or Deloitte UK I’ve received an internal offer (NHS finance Dept) I’ve also got an offer from Deloitte Unsure about which to pursue?! Can someone share their perspectives please NHS pay is higher by about 2k & I’ve already been working in the dept for 4 years But development opportunities may be more at Deloitte

Hi there, I’ve been told that Deloitte (London, UK) is going to make me an offer but haven’t heard back and it’s been over two weeks. The recruiter mentioned it would be around the “m2 grade”. Any idea what this pay range is? … I have 3 YOE working in NHS finance and have applied for a position in Risk Advisory, public sector. Curious what life at Deloitte is like? Does a work life balance exist?

Hi there, I have 3.5 YOE working for NHS Finance. I applied to Deloitte Risk Advisory, Public Sector (London, UK) and was successful. Waiting to hear back with package offer but it’s been over 2 weeks - was told they may offer M2 grade, any ideas what this is? I’m also interviewing for Senior consultant role also at Deloitte. How much would this typically pay? Torn whether to stay within NHS as I will be getting an internal promotion or move to Deloitte. What’s the WLB like? Good job security?

Relocating to the UK and would like some advice on NHS.. How effective is it? Is it reliable, or do people (obvs who can afford it) opt for private healthcare insurance? Context - My medical needs are above average with two chronic conditions requiring frequent specialist appointments TIA :)

Can someone explain the procedure to go via private health insurance? Do I still need a referral from NHS? How to get appointment? Claims are cashless or reimbursed?

Can someone confirm if the 3 bands of NHS dental treatment valid for T2 visa holders? If yes, why do people go for private dental insurance given the costs are not that high?

Question for folks below 30 - do you feel comfortable traveling to a central London office without being fully vaccinated? Given NHS rollout of vaccine was based on age groups, a lot of young folks are still not fully vaccinated. I have seen things opening up and slowly expectations are rising of getting back to office and office social events this month or next. Thoughts?
