    Approves of CEO

I worked at NHS Professionals full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Good growth opportunity. It’s a company in its growth state. Great opportunity to learn and grow. NHS discounts with many companies.

    Cons

Too many managers in some departments. But this also offers a opportunities for employees to become managers and keep growing. Salary is on the lower scale. And increments are very low.

    Doesn't Recommend

I have been working at NHS Professionals full-time

    Pros

Get to pick and choose your own hours. Pay can be good if you get work. Book shifts through an app so no need to contact anyone.

    Cons

Training unpaid No shadow shifts, your literally thrown in the deep end Staff on the wards are often rude and unwelcoming because you get paid more than them Lack of shifts - went weeks without work. All communication is through a call centre and they take ages to answerr the phone or reply to emails. Everytime you deal with a different person as its all call centre.
