    Pay, convenient shift allocation, flexible working,

    There was a lack of transparency and communication at times. Shifts were cancelled on several occasion in error, without being reinstated.

    - benefits those who wish to have flexibility with their job - good if wanting to earn more money for example if you are employed by the nhs you may pick extra nhsp shift up

    - no contract which therefore means less employment rights however this goes with the nature of bank work
