I have been working at NHS Professionals part-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

There is always plenty of work, and you’re never too far away from a trust working with NHSP. Pays in line with NHS band pay, which is good.

    Cons

Anything to do with Payroll or HR takes about a decade to sort out. Trying to go on maternity leave? Better tell them as soon as you pee on the stick, or you might not have it in place until baby is already here!
