            Pros

Always willing to pay for training. Many possibilities to move upwards in career and not many companies can beat the benefits. Also very diverse in terms of employees, which is great for a mix of cultures. Also, employees get a yearly pay rise.

            Cons

Some decisions can take long to action due to the large infastructure

            Advice to Management

Managers and employees should have better interactions inside and outside of work I.e. weekly one on ones or going on a one on one social get to know employee better find out what motivates them.
