I have been working at NHS full-time for more than a year

        Pros

Pension. Sick Pay, Good working Environment. Hard Working but Rewarding. Safe Job.

        Cons

Progression tied to bureaucracy and certificate chasing. Disenfranchises hard work- "what's the point if you can't progress" mentality.

        Advice to Management

Management are brilliant, hardworking and helpful. Unfortunately powerless to get rid of hoop-jumping progression scale.
