    Meet lots of new people every day Challenging but not overly stressful Great holiday entitlement

    Very few! It can be stressful at times but no more so than any other job.

    good pension variety - no day is the same lots of training and development opportunities wonderful staff Sense of pride working for such an important public institution Good occupational health support

    Seem to have lots of fixed term contacts that may suit some but don't offer stability that most staff want.
