    Pros

    Innovative. exciting company with a fantastic strategy, powerful product portfolio, and a dynamic culture. They celebrate success, back their people and work tenaciously to break down barriers to success. We have a global reach, with a wide variety of roles and domains. We're financially successful and truly aligned to where our market is going.

    Cons

    We move fast and are growing which can mean our processes sometimes aren't perfect. Working across cultures can be challenging, however, it also hugely develops your business skills. Like all large companies, there are some obstacles. Navigate these, and you can be truly successful.

    Advice to Management

    Keep executing, focus on culture and never forget the customer.

    Drive for Innovation, new technologies, interesting M&A's scene

    Cons

    Challenging Work-Life Balance, Merit system is questionable. Very political organization

    Pros

    The London office is quite nice. I can't think of any other positives at this time.

    Cons

    Keeping costs to a minimum is sometimes taken to extremes. A lot of opportunities for people of the right nationality, which can rub people the wrong way.

    Advice to Management

    Do a better job of cultivating corporate culture and keeping people happy. Recently, all efforts have been misguided.

    Pros

    Local team of TPM's were very good.

    Cons

    Because we were good we were very thinly spread across the country.having to install POC and products that were even half developed.
    there was no work / life balance at all. it was all about delivery and the amount of installs that were outstanding.
    PM's and pre sales made promises that we as TPM's had to keep.
    wages for internal Nice staff we way above the staff that Nice bought in through company acquisition.

    Advice to Management

    look after the people that actually do the work and not the people who you think you shouls or just give you lip service.

    Good people, sales driven environment. Interesting place to work.

    Cons

    Israeli staff members are favoured for promotion. 7 day work/availability expected - not good work life balance

    Pros

    Good benefits/overall package, good work life balance, Home working was available. Product was a good seller and company appears to be in sound financial health,

    Cons

    No real investment in people and little opportunity for career development despite their "promises." They made a grand announcement about training and developing their staff as a result of of a negative employee survey in 2015. 12 months later they off shored the entire department to India.
    There were major HR issues in my office, my line manager buried their head in the sand, senior management weren't interested

    Advice to Management

    Treat your staff as people and not merely a number

    Pros

    Working from home. Decent bonus.

    Cons

    They have transferred support to India without telling the customers who have noticed straightaway the decline in the support and service offered by these new team. They dismantled a very successful team and now WFM support is in dire straits. The management are clueless..RIP NICE

    Advice to Management

    Invest in the staff and you will be a success.
