Teachers are not paid for time spent writing daily reports. Students often change so it is hard to form good relationships. Paid in increments of ten minutes.

Sorry, but I would never work for NIL English again. If you ever have any kind of emergency, the managers will get angry and terminate your contract. They are not flexible. Things happen in life all the time that are beyond our control. I experienced a 3 day internet outage due to system failure by a nationwide ISP. This occurred all over the U.S. in highly populated cities like Los Angeles, New York, and Miami. There was nothing I could do but wait for them to fix it. Let me point out that my schedule was not full, and the one class that was on it could have been easily passed on to another teacher. I even provided more than enough documentation to prove there was an outage. The managers, however, still got upset and pretty much determined I was not capable of doing my job based on a once in a blue moon occurrence. By their logic, if they ever experience system issues, their teachers should quit their jobs because that means they would no longer be considered a reputable company. In contrast to NIL English, the other schools that I teach for were extremely accommodating. Also, the university, where I am a math instructor, was more than understanding about the situation.
