      Pros

      Coworkers were nice, and nice cantina. Also, a decent referral bonus for referring new employees.

      Cons

      Very stressful workplace, with a lack of some basic systems and organisation. Many of the decisions were made by top management from Awaze, that did not have proper insights and understanding for the actual work we did. Which resulted in often poor implementation of new strategies and programs.

      Pros

      Working as a Product and Sales Assistant at Novasol was a great learning opportunity. The supportive environment allowed me to gain valuable experience in product development and sales while studying. It was a positive and collaborative atmosphere that helped me grow professionally in the travel industry.

      Cons

      The role involved working during unconventional hours, which could sometimes run late, but this was expected and part of the experience.
