Pros
Great feel and collaboration between departments that is not so common in the solar industry. Growth was astonishing while it lasted. I took a ton away from being employed with NRG and was able to apply it to future positions and life.
Cons
Company ended abruptly because of a change in chairmen. However, they took care of everyone properly.

Good benefits and Pay for entry level position
Cons
Unrealistic time frames, had to drive between 3 jobs an hour apart and had 5 hours to complete the jobs. Impossible time frame. Business shut down at no notice

NRG shut down it's solar division. I really wish they never did this because it was such a great job and great atmosphere to be in.
