Very flexible, option to work from home and loads of time off as you accumulate TOIL. They subsidize further education(Certs). Some projects are very interesting

Poor planning structure. scarce contact with most of management. No career progression. No pay hierarchy. Not nearly enough projects for their workforce

It's good to get that one year experience everyone wants.
Cons
1) Low pay 2) No pay raises 3) No holiday time. You get PTO which you have to build up and you only get 5.33 hours added to your total every month. If you want to get paid for holidays you have to use your PTO time but then you can't build up any vacation time. If you want to use it for vacation time then you won't get paid for holidays. NSC refuses to give you holiday time or more PTO time. 4) Over works their employees. Don't expect one deskside tech to support 10+ sites by themselves and then not give them a raise or anything else. 5) Refuses to hire more employees unless they have no choice because too many have quit.
