1.) The lack of trust and one way communication by the French owners has caused unrepairable friction which has caused highly skilled engineers to seek employment elsewhere. Few orginals still remain! 3.) Group prefer to use ODMs and off-the-shelf modules rather than use the design talent available in Salisbury. Hand-holding ODMs is now the role of R&D engineers. 4.) The Salisbury traffic is regularly a nightmare.
