I worked at Nando's Canada full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great employer with long term opportunities for growth within the business. I was very happy with my employment and the team were vey much like a family.

    Cons

Lack of training and very busy atmosphere meant that new trainees had a diluted version of quality customer service.

    Advice to Management

Investing in current employees through time and education is way to avoid a high turnover of staff and ensure commitment.
