    Staff parties, meetings fun and democratic, management listen to staff, ongoing training, Nandos always changing and improving.

    Cons

    All the cons of hospitality; customers, cleaning and busy evenings.

    Advice to Management

    More praise needs to be given to staff on a person-person basis instead of the company doing it for them.

    Busy period and there is left staff to work, labour becomes very hard

    - Family vibes. Lots of opportunity to make genuine friends
    - Flexible hours that fit around study
    - Management team very approachable
    - Free meal every shift worked
    - Paid breaks
    - Team building days
    - Regional parties with other restaurants in the region
    - Opportunities for promotion

    Cons

    - No tips (but these do go towards team build days and parties)
    - Work itself can be repetitive
    - When working on a closing shift, these can go on for 1-2 hours more than expected
    - A minority of managers can be lazy at times

    Working with people from all walks of life is the best thing about my job i am part of a great team and i get to meet new people everyday whist serving being a social person its great for me.
    the flexible work hours are very important to me as a lone parent and nandos are always willing to support me in what ever way i need

    The salary could be better for the amount of work we do and the effort we put in
