Pros
Work life balance is excellent and I feel that I work for a company that actually cares about me and my family. This is a company that lives it’s values and receipts by them too
Cons
Compared to other companies I really don’t feel that there are any cons worth mentioning they’d all be trivial

Pros
Working with a huge bunch of inspirational people that love what they do within a strong caring culture that is truly alive and well.
Cons
When a business engages your soul your work life balance can very quickly become very passion about work. I have had to rebalance this over the years.

Pros
I've never worked in a company that actually live and breath their values. They look after and develop their team like no other in the food industry in the UK. Coming from my previous employer (One of the biggest restaurant and pub chains in the UK) I finally have a work life balance!
Cons
They don't offer 'Live-in' positions however that is due to often being purpose built units rather than old pubs.
Nando's UK & IRE Response6y
Great to hear from a Patrao living our values :-) thanks for sharing your review.

Pros
free parties, good equal pay, free food on shifts worked, big discount on food during the weekdays, family like atmosphere
Cons
you need a big massive personality in order to be promoted through the ranks which is quite politcal, every nandos runs differently so can be hard to pick up if you move staores, they expect a lot from their managers paper work and process wise as well as running shifts and dealing with the general day to day of working with young people terrible work life balance work all evenings and weekends see family twice a week
