    Role was made redundant due to online / mobile app demand Senior management were not transparent

    The staff are experienced and willing to help , very friendly

    Cons

    There are too many targets for each branch that are not unique to them (I.e. focusing on the market for that branch)

    Pros

    Friendly colleagues. CEO has a strong and positive strategy. Ok wage. Good support tools.

    Cons

    Hard to progress into a new role. Very results and figures driven. Can be a difficult environment if you're not thick-skinned. Learning and development not the strongest. Not always spoken to or treated with respect by customers.
