    The staff are experienced and willing to help , very friendly

    There are too many targets for each branch that are not unique to them (I.e. focusing on the market for that branch)

    Pros

    CEO is fantastic and postive changing culture around customer service.

    Cons

    Very slow and inefficient about change. Ideas that are submitted by frontline staff are not taken on board and staff do not feel listened to.
