      Open minded, welcome to change, young, diverse, very good work life balance.

      No bonus for grads, but there is a salary increase every year.

      - Ever greater emphasis on wellbeing - Good work-life balance - Big company, so can move around in to different areas - Hiring good, young talent

      Cons

      - Old, dated systems. Not great with technology overall - Still in a transitional phase where old school banking mentality is still present, especially at more senior levels, which remains dominated by middle aged white men. - No clear career path for employees, and not a great emphasis on development and progression. - Can be difficult to move to different areas, as managers prefer to hire people that they know. -

      Lost the ability to motivate staff with what matters, money. People need more than a mention on an internal Media page. Expected to outperform every year for a number and small pay rise if any

      Great work life balance. Considerate employer and working with nice people who really care about the customer.

      A lot of governance (its a bank!). Inefficiency and some people who could be better at their jobs
