      Pros

      Strong support system. Appropriate training. Open pay ceiling (position is hourly + commission). Awesome opportunity for advancement.

      Cons

      Difficult hours correlating with the airport. Open 365. Extremely high standards for customers that are sometimes unrealistic.

      Pros

      Gives employees experience in problem-solving and customer-satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Gives employees the opportunity to network with the many professionals that are customers of National Car Rental. Improves soft-selling techniques. Immediate managers (assistant and branch managers) are usually in the pits with the frontline staff willing to help as much as possible and provide good coaching.

      Cons

      Treatment from customers can be poor and affect morale especially when wages provided are not enough to make ends meet in the first place. Opening and closing employees can usually expect to open or close alone most of the time, despite heavy rental traffic happening in the early morning or late at night.

      Pros

      Good pay and very easy even at one of the busiest locations in us, so many opportunities to move up with a streamlined manager training process, they jump when they smell any type of college degree even a community college associates of any type, commission is very good and still with a great hourly wage

      Cons

      Hires some young 20-22 people so can be a bit cliquey but the job itself is great. Working with the buisness rentals the posh can be cold but it’s a customer service job so overall expected.
