    Negative Outlook

I worked at National Debt Relief full-time for less than a year

    Pros

The job is nice if you can stay busy and highly motivated throughout every second of the day. Also, there's no cold calling involved.

    Cons

High turnover-- there are agents leaving every few weeks. You can also tell there is no real investment in the employees.

I have been working at National Debt Relief full-time for more than a year

    Pros

They do a number of things for the total sales team as a group. The company does not tolerate negativity in the work place which is good.

    Cons

They don't seem to care about any "individuals" and are heavily into multitasking. They bang on their desks and ring cow bells and bull horns when you are on the phone with a potential client for birthdays or other achievements. Extremely unprofessional and distracting. Very little work life balance in this company. Don't plan on being home for dinner with your family at any reasonable hour.
