They have steady work, mediocre benefits
Cons
Management in Alabama completely out of touch with local markets. Will have you work on roof by yourself despite not being allowed in the safety manual. Unrealistic travel requirements and will not pay per diem for long trips out of town like other roofing contractors do. Run.....

I worked with quality office personnel.

Management is awful. Benefits are awful. Compensation is well below market. There is zero leadership. Hard work and dedication are not rewarded.
