Your feedback is important to us, you clearly have some very strong views and want to get things off your chest. It is a shame you had not raised any of your concerns with a manager during your time with us or, in a 121 and help us make the changes you think were necessary. Let's tackle some of the important issue's you raise. Firstly, of course, we work with companies who are non-vegan in fact, it is fair to say that almost all of our customers and suppliers fall into this catagory, there are very few companies that operate that are fully vegan, we are aiming for this in the coming years. We have never confessed to being fully vegan ourselves and we consider a balanced approach to be right for us at the moment, but we are pleased to say we do offer a fair few vegan skincare products and everything we make now is free of animal derivatives. Our company values next, we wholly support all of our values, in fact we are extending these to include the avoidance of plastic, less waste, sustainability and environment concerns -we have some way to go but there are exciting times ahead and we look forward to a future where these are not just values but part of every companies DNA and a standard. Pay is never late UNLESS you started a couple of days prior to pay day, It can take upto a week to get you on the system, it is a failing we are trying to remedy alongside ensuring payslips are given out the same day. We have started sending them electronically so we are making headway. Initmidating interview process to find the weak ones? We don't consider weakness a problem and the profiling we introduced is a useful tool to finding a balanced team with different personalites . Finally, your review made during the time we had to make several people in the business redundant due to Covid is wholly understandable. The owners accept that on occassion blame and defamatory comments are directed at them although these can be hurtful and unsubstantiated. Historically, they have been happy to protect the managers, friendships and relationships that form in the business and deliver the bad news and make the uncomfortable decisions, by their own admission the bucks has stopped with them. But over the last year this has changed. The owners have admitted they have made some poor recruitment decisions either becuase of skill or attitude. They have seen this as one of the major flaws in the business and now work with the managers to build a company with future leaders. We wish you continued success on your career journey.
