      Really look after their employees (writing this at time of Covid-19 and the bank is making great effort to support flexible working).

      Cons

      Reward package can be confusing to understand initially. Limited career progression when wishing to move to senior management roles.

      Fair employer that has adapted well through the pandemic. Home working is welcomed for certain roles.

      Cons

      Less prospects and career progression if you live outside the main hubs of Bristol, London, Birmingham, Manchester and Edinburgh

      Bit more relaxed compared to other banks. More forward thinking re working from home etc. Had good people to work with
