      Really look after their employees (writing this at time of Covid-19 and the bank is making great effort to support flexible working).

      Cons

      Reward package can be confusing to understand initially. Limited career progression when wishing to move to senior management roles.

      I enjoyed helping cutomers with their financial needs. Flexible working hours in line with business needs available.

      Too many hours worked outside contracted hours with expectation sometimes from management to do extra hours without getting time back.
