I wish there was any but none

Cons

Old school working structure not open to change. Don't like hybrid working and want you on site 5 days a week when it isn't needed. Poor working conditions overall. Management think they are god and will belittle you at any point given, Would not recommend unless you want to lose your mental health and general will to live. Such a toxic environment and nobody seems to be doing anything about it but people are leaving weeks into the role.

Great ideas and endless supply of money No people skills Bringing UK managers in only to manage Spanish sub contractors

Cons

Fist FSS ship at least eighteen months late First ship now getting built in Spain Embarrassing explaining that UK contractors wont be used and it will all be about Spanish subcontractors Union and Company are going to have problems when the Spanish army starts arriving on site.
