There is no pros about this company. Only some colleagues are really good and helpful.

I can actually write an essay about the downsides of this company. 1. In this company none of the people knows anything properly except 1 or 2 persons who also gets confused due to the frequent process change. 2. There is no proper process in this company. It goes on changing weekly. 3. The management is worst, they dont even know how to talk in office. They treat the office boy and the project managers in the same way. 4. The office management celebrate women's day in a grand way but in reality they do not even know how to behave or talk with a woman. 5. The company is still in the 18th century, they still now work with hard copies, you will find 3 small cupboards where there are bunches of files. 6. Though the company is a software company, thats what the company call itself but emails dont work here, you have to go to people with papers and pens for getting their signatures so in a way you have to run in the office. 7. The management will continuously threaten you to kick you out of the company. 8. The management do not have a basic systematic thinking whether the completion of any work is possible within that time or not. They will simply tell u to complete or else they will kick u out of the company. 9. The company dont give any proper papers on time, the appoinment letter also you have to keep nagging them and by default they give after 1 month from joining. The company dont give any payslips, you literally have to ask them for it. Just do not join this company, they will make your life hell.
