Our core values include “Self Management”, and “Non-Hierarchical Structure” (under the “People” value). We try to hire people who work with minimum management and hierarchy. This does wonders to our flexibility and growth (150 – 250% year on year). And we do not agree that we do not have any “designs”. We try and plan every project extremely meticulously. Our processes however are ever evolving and improving, so we welcome your feedback. We also have an internal Discourse, where you are welcome to post your views.

We present some easily verifiable facts: 1. Performance Incentives, Salaries and Increments: (a) Till date 100% employees have received performance incentives, till the last date, except those: - asked to leave due to performance / other issues. - who did not provide the laid-down notice. (b) Our Salaries are more than competetive, compared to any Indian IT Companies - we have no shortage of excellent people joining, including from IITs. (c) Increments: Increments are relatively extremely high. 2. Transparency: We have - a Discourse, for all to post concerns. - Weekly Team Leads Meetings for updates and feedbacks - Monthly Tea for updates and seeking feedbacks - a Bi-annual Open-house 3. Infrastructure and Food: We do not claim word class-infra, yet we have been complimented by many on our facilities exceeding those of most companies of our size, including all free meals – b'fast, lunch and dinner. We however promise hygienic, wholesome food, not gourmet fare. 4. Fake Reviews: We simply do not believe in / endorse fake reviews. We prefer to respond and present our version, like this. 5. Yes we work hard but no one is compelled to stay back - we have young, energetic people, including in thier first jobs, who are eager to contribute as well as learn.
